EU code when my account its NA

The email of my account was the same of my purchase. I follow the links on the email to register my code, and I get the wrong region error.
Already tryed to register it again on the NA website several times, but I get the same code.

I am loosing the early access because of this, and I am getting no response from the support.

I cant preorder another copy so I can try with a new code since the selling its disabled.


I love FF series but i feel real frustated.

Same issue. Support will not help. They just say buy another downloadable collectors edition.......but from where? SE is no longer selling. Amazon will only sell to USA.
Other solution.....make an EU account, lose pre-order items, lose my characters, and lose the ability to play with my son and my partner as the server we are on does not allow new characters.

I probably would, but with the luck I have had so far with getting this game to be registered I would be that 0.0000001% that gets scammed. Seriously

Im kinda glad that im not the only one getting screwed by this. I hope SE learns from this and fixes the issue. So sick and tired of it. I cant believe they would want to make it so complicated when in fact its as easy as letting us change the Region we have registered our account or atleast getting back to us about them being able to change the region in some way.
