lol just read something funny in the general forum the rep posted about the NDA applying to EA.
this does affect anyone who signed the NDA to beta test the game.
now the problem with the reps statement is people who have never participated in the beta can buy early access to the game. which means they have not agreed to the NDA and therefore would not be held to its rules unless they have a new NDA page when we go to enter EA which didn't look like it for the download today. this could be a legal issue SE has screwed the pooch on if someone does stream the EA.
