Why is there no refund for the 48 hours maintenance?

It's the principle of the problem. You don't charge people for services you don't render.

Never all at once, but they definitely have exceeded 24 hours of maintenance in a week. And that is with the current expac. Honestly, I prefer SE's approach of just getting it all done at the start to reduce the chances of Emergency Maintenance versus WoW's "lol Emergency Maintenance every day of the week".

I mean if a gym goes down, are if hot topic is closed for a few hours i dont get a refund for that time that i have my card to spend on it, I mean if a college has to do something that prevents classes for a short time you dont get your student debt refunded from that. time almost nothing gives you a refund for things that happan that need fixing unless its extremely major and its down for a week or so lol but 48 hours thats 2 days, and unless your like me and avoid sleeping as much as possible you will be sleeping 16 of those hours, just go watch movie read a book go and enjoy the graveyard and hope it rains/storms or just go watch inside out 2

They should though. How come some people get away with that but others don't? If a restaurant doesn't give you food they refund you.

This is such a non-issue, go outside touch grass or y'know play another game..

you cant compare a food place to other things lol, that is something the body physically needs beside you are getting what you paid for lol
