No legacy mark on my character ?

You are referring to the Legacy Campaign and account status, which gives a discounted subscription fee along with other small rewards.

For legacy tattoos, the character only needed to exist in 1.23 and be transferred to ARR. It's a character-bound trait, not an account reward.

Also, you can see above that the OP had their character restored and now have the tattoo.

I tried and was told too much time has passed to restore it.

Nevermind, they misunderstood. I found it on an old deleted Lalafell. A shame I cannot get this transferred to my main character. Surely it's just a flag they can enable?
