One other thing that doesn't go well with Corsair is that it would only have a main hand and no off hand, they don't want to repeat PLD.
Corsair would either have the same gun and different swords or a gun and a sword always paired together.

Unless we get a surprise and Ninja can also swap its secondary knife appearance in 7.0, Corsair would also suffer the same fate to be limited with the gun.
And since MCH lunchbox is always the same, I'm pretty sure Corsair would have the same gun.

Gun can be drawn from the same side (straight draw). If someone's gear allows it, straight draw is better. Sword is drawn from the opposite side.

I can confirm there's no gun on the left leg, we have a clear view on these frames:

If this is a corsair, it doesn't have a gun.
We could argue it's in the back but might as well argue there's a disco ball in there

Isn't possible that they didn't render it on purpose? Since there's that weird hand situation going on the boat scene, which clearly should contain something that wasn't rendered.

I think we need some completely new jobs. Something like:

- Murder Hobo (gains power from excessive drinking with the unfortunate byproduct of attacking everyone)
- Torchbearer (only useful in dark places)
- Balladin (Paladin, but sings before attacking)
- Warluck (will the RNG produce an attack, DOT effect, defense, or nothing at all? Only the dice know!)

Most likely a rendering issue.
They don't hide elements in trailers, we had the gunblade on the very first ShB trailer literally put in front of our eyes and in EW trailer, Zenos scythe was visible from the very beginning despite the object being insanely easy to hide and it wouldn't have created any "weird" situation.

The boat scene is probably an unintended issue, we had that with Alisaie in EW and her duplicate ribbon.

Finally if they wanted to hide elements, why would Yoshida point to his T-shirt for clues about one of the new jobs?
Also, "hidden by not rendering it", we could use it for any excuses. A whip, a second sword, a disco ball... We couild argue it's not rendered.

I fully expecting the cloak to come off and he reveals the gun typical trailer style and just blast the big mamool ja
Him pointing to his shirt was basically like "ok here it is you know what to do" unlike in EW where hes like "don't look too much into it i just like this shirt"
also the shirt imho just means its a scouting melee nothing really that deep like how the reaper hint was just a shirt with a reaper on it.

RDM Foci already work this way. They come with the sword so you don't change them.

Likewise, NIN knives come in pairs. As do MNK fist weapons. Same with MCH's lunch box (namely, whether it's dyable or not), and SAM's sheathes.

Other than PLD, all the Jobs that have a "secondary"/"off-hand" weapon type item, it just comes with their main weapon "for free". Which also means you can't mix and match, unfortunately. But they've already done this with 5 Jobs, so not sure this is really a stopping point.

Has anyone taken a look in Krile's study? I never realized this before, but there's lots of artwork and maps scattered around, right above where she stands looking at the note is a drawing of what I assume is Garuda. On the opposite side of the wall are what looks like art from loading screens, and some I don't recognize. Maybe she could have done these over the years?

Starting to think the TMNT = Renaissance artist = Pictomancer really has some merit. Though it's still speculation.

If i’m not mistaken though,pictomancer is essentially ink mage which Yoshi P had said wouldn’t be a job(based on the heroes gauntlet mobs)
