The little pond in front plus the lake(?) makes it really nice. The isolation feel too.

That LB41 is probably the only thing I'm willing to bid on at this point. The chance of winning is low, so it's unlikely that I will have give up on the Goblet design I'm working on, but if it happens then hey, that's great!

With all the other houses available, I wouldn't bet on it approaching Balmung's record of over 1000 bids for a single small house in Shirogane. Of course I'm sure it will also get its fair share of clueless and/or foolish first time bidders who will then lament the massive competition that so unjustly bid after them.

Got my lb 41 on one of the new EU servers since there was 0 hope getting it on home server. Still need my lil beach front dream cottage. Maybe in a few years.

Which one is G19? I had a dream plot in goblet but it wasn't available. I took 59 instead and am quite happy with it.

Medium poolside - one of the handful of plots that allows you to jump into water just outside your front gate.

The other plots with swimmable water immediately outside the front gate are LB 11, LB 16, LB 17, G18, & G20
