They constantly tell us in streams that they check the forums for feedback. It's your problem if you choose not to believe.

They must look at them. I left the idea of having difficulty settings for solo duties and they added it.

Mods are 3rd party tools. They are strictly prohibited and against ToS. That's why you never hear or see them lol

Building the strength to carry on even in the absence of it.

Now we need a thread titled "You are not alone".

Not anything having to do with the quest of the same name in EW but the track from FFIX where Zidane falls into depression and discuss how that song is absolutely one of Uematsu's bests.

I think that reading the healer role forums, and comparing that to the state of healers in game is enough proof that the devs do not read the forums.

Devs do not read english forums. Devs get information relayed to them on the regular. Simple truth is - they dont just do whatever community loudly demands they do. There is concious decisionmaking being made in spite of feedback, not due to being unaware of it.
