If you get focussed by that many people then do you see a problem with dying? I don't. If you're CCed by 5 or 6 people simultaneously, that means you're being focussed- if they didn't CC you, they would likely replace that by something else if they were smart and you'd be equally dead.
This post makes my brain hurt.
No polymorph is apparently not OP and anyone complaining about white mage is apparently just bad and or new to the game and needs to quote "get good". This community is a joke sometimes with how blindly they can worship Yoshi P man.
This is the Random Crits argument from TF2 all over again where a random crit might once in a blue moon kill a vet, but that vet will abuse the system much harder in turn. In FL, a veteran player in your average full rando game will rarely be in a position where they're going to be stunlocked into a death, as they'll play smart, get Battlehigh 5, and keep mowing people down. A new player will be much more likely to be out of position, hauled into the enemy zerg, and stunlocked, leaving them with no battlehigh, while the veterans can now continue to bully them due to the damage and healing discrepancy.
How do you come even remotely close to a conclusion like that? Veterans are veterans because they know how to play, know how to utilize CC's and know how and when to break them and how to avoid them. Saying they keep veterans in check is a weird thought process to have.
While I do agree that you should not be CC chained by the same exact cc chaining should still exist regardless.
As far as having no diminishing returns is concerned majority has indirectly asked for this. People have asked for killing to be easier (while dealing with the healers), and the devs determined the diminishing returns had to go in order to satisfy people's need to kill. There's not much that can be done at this point. If you want me to be honest, I don't see any changes being made with that anytime soon, especially since there's a couple of threads floating about calling for the removal of Recuperate.
