That one pull is spicy but doable if the healer and tank coordinate and the dps know what they're doing.

I have definitely seen a lot of various passive-aggressive criticism towards myself, or other healers. It does happen. The healer will often have all the blame laid on them, even if the tank definitely is the one at fault, and I can tell you I know when it's the tank at fault and not me.
I used this on my girlfriend, I think she loved it because she stared me down really hard.
You can actually pull everything wall to wall in Mt. Gulg. Might only be possible with a WAR but it's doable!
Only happenned to me once and i was the healer (sage) but we actually made it!
When the tank was pulling EVERYTHING before the first boss i was like "wait... are you serious?... WHAT ARE YOU DOING?... NO WAY!?" i couldn't believe it and to my surprise we didnt wipe.
Lot of people in here showing that they've never pulled the entire set of mobs on Mt. Gulg from starting point to boss 1. You only live that pull if the RNG decides not to aim every randomly targeted line at the healer.
You have to hope for some good DPS. A lot of factors for Mt. Gulg. The last few times I have tanked that dungeon, I haven't bothered doing a full pull in there. I just don't trust the people you get in DF really. Even that one from second to last boss can be iffy, but I have pulled that one semi-often.
In most cases it only results in a wipe because of 4 factors:
- The tank is undergeared (healer error)
- The healer is undergeared (tank error)
- The healer failed at healing properly (healer error, runs are played in very static ways so in most cases healing moments are easily predictable even in new dungeons)
- The dungeon is made in such way you cant w2w (tank error)
The undergearing is inverted, because you are allowed to enter with your low gear, this means that the other player must adapt to this. Which can mean pulling less to avoid pushing the healer too far, or by dpsing less and focussing more on healing in order to keep the tank alive.
Healers are handled very gracefully because of this, but sadly point 3 is the one i see most. But yeah, wipes are nearly always 'caused' by the tank as they still decide pacing, so even for point 3, they get blamed most of the time. If the healer is bad you have to pull less. And most dungeons allow you to figure out this quickly enough. Most dungeons do not have the heaviest attacks before the first boss.
