To address the point about the room size, the smalls have 1 small upper floor and a slightly larger lower floor, but they are still comparable to the apt size. So when you say an apt makes you feel claustrophobic and you point to a room of a very similar size and say "thats different" I think you can see why i look at what JoJo said there and i go "ehhh, i can see why they feel that way". But also if you have claustrophobia why not work around the limitation and build a robust single room, until the opportunity to get a house comes along? Because if you had a small you would likely build 2 single rooms because they are 2 "simple boxs" sandwiched on-top of each other. When you go downstairs, youre still in a "simple box" when you go upstairs, you're still in a slightly smaller "simple box". So having 2 boxes linked wouldn't trigger your claustrophobia when you can only occupy 1 of those "simple box" at a time?
