it's dumb because he's pitting his opinion against ToS.
SE's game, SE's rules.
Doesn't matter if your opinion says your action doesn't violate ToS.
Yet people in this thread are trying to compare the situation to their personal expectations in real life.
Let's face it - this is fantasy. Does it really matter? For whatever reason, the various characters have been written to accept Alphinaud and Alisaie as they are.
and if you understand nuance.
You would realize that I wasn't talking about this thread when I mention the hilariously dumb opinion.
Hell, I gave two hilariously dumb opinion in said post.
because it was in reply to your "it's ok to have opinions" post.
annnnd I did post this in the same reply post.
In hindsight, this thread is the least disturbing one.
I take nothing back.
I didn't remove or add anything from my posts earlier.
Your lack of understanding is your own.
And my post still stands.
Those two aren't in the military
and the OP bases his opinion on his own view of things.
hence the "things shouldn't be like this because I don't it should be like this." [I think I missed a think somewhere in that sentence]
You're either strawmanning really hard at this point or just unable to keep up with the convo. You criticized OP for having an opinion about the lore, and I said that it's ok for OP to have his own opinion about the lore. I'm not sure why you thought incorrect opinions about TOS violations would be a valid comparison to having an opinion about the game's lore because the two are vastly different. Regardless, I don't think you'll be able to make a coherent response to what I just said anyway, so good night.
They're not kids in the context of the setting. They are educated adults who have a status that isn't freely given to just anyone, being Archons of Sharlayan. They made some mistakes early on but everyone does and that was part of their character development.
