The lotto winner.... number ZERO? Are you serious???

Each time they try to 'fix' the housing system, it seems to get worse. I say this as someone lucky enough to own a house already - the most efficient and fair approach would be to just invest in instanced housing. It works for the likes of Elder Scrolls Online and people don't have to worry about losing access to their house if they decide to take a break in that game.

Surely there must be something on the backend that can be looked into for this and they can basically just re-roll out of the people that did enter in the appropriate period.

i know that i have bad luck... I can't even win when i'm the only one on it.

Does anyone know if this is happening to both new owners and relos, or just relos?

On my server, the placard said that the winner is number 6, so it's not a universal issue it seems

Looks like is happening to FCs, Personal, and relocating.

This is extremely sad to see. I feel worse for people who were the only ones to bid and STILL lost than my own loss today. Way to have hopes crushed. I'd suggest not to accept the refund.
