I am rich and I didn't make my fortune with housing (gardening or airships/subs) I did by gather/selling mats for the longest time. Honest hard work with many hours spent gathering and selling. I could buy an entire ward with spare change if I decided to not follow the rules. I retired back in 4.2 so I don't need a house to make money sorry to disappoint. Try again.

That's even worse...you're taking up multiple plots, not gardening or selling to market thus reducing supply in turn further increasing the prices of products meaning that non home owners have to pay a lot more money. :)

Legend has it: They don't really listen to Na/ Eu forums and there aren't enough people who agree with your stance.

There's no point or justification in taking away houses from people if they've played by the rules. And there are loopholes but it's allowed. Instead of trying to take the ball away that you want from the kids who already have it, just advocate for a new ball. Be proactive. Advocate for instanced housing, larger apartments with addable tenants, auto-demo to be turned back on
Don't blame the players for taking advantage of a system that SE has allowed.

Oh I didn't know you were the morality police. Tell me do you have a discord where people can check in to be sure what they do meets with your approval before proceeding? The rules aren't good enough we need you to approve of our actions before proceeding.

Do you have specific gardening layout and interior decorating specs too that people need to follow in order to be worthy of owning that house.

And gardening and airship and sub use is an optional feature. Does one have a choice in what they plant and how often cause it would be bad to do stuff you don't quite approve of. BTW I didn't see anywhere in the rules that gardening and workshop activity was required for house purchases. Workshops are also an optional purchase one does not need to buy a workshop to own a FC house. Once you put up an estate hall the option to buy a workshop exists just like the option to buy a FC room.

I actually didn't say whether I think that those people should lose their houses or not. I just pointed out that comparing that to being arrested is a false equivalence.

And yeah, them losing their houses wouldn't fall under the definition of punishment in the traditional sense, i.e. "the infliction or imposition of a penalty as retribution for an offense."

I think it's comparable to the implementation of the auto-demo system. When people originally bought a house, the house wasn't subject to the system; they would be able to keep it forever. Now their house can be taken away from them. It

True true, it's just ironic that you come here defending the old system still in place for a select few which makes it worse for other players, then you guys say that you aren't the problem even though you are taking up more housing than the current rules allow and not even contributing to the rest of the community. Even if for example there are only 500 houses on the old rules on each server, that's literally thousands of players that could have access to a house.

And it's not like you guys are going around making posts telling SE to add more housing, all you defenders do is try and deflect the issue and say that you aren't a problem when you clearly are part of the problem. And as you know, SE have struggled to actually buy Servers and associated gear plus the cost of them, coupled with the shortage of components for other reasons such as factories going down due to other events, So the only viable option is to release housing from people who own it pre rule change.
