Hi, just wanted to say Auto-Demo has been off for a long time now, and there have been NO new houses popping up, like at all. Could we please give everyone a chance to get a house again, and not just from Ishgard? Demand for housing is higher then ever, and there is currently no way to get a house right now (And let’s face it, your chances of getting one from Ishgard are slim at this point)

They only recently announced that they cancelled their plans to turn it back on. Maybe 6.2? We'll see.

Your chances to get one from demo will be even slimmer under lottery. One or two plots will come up and the whole server will have 5 days to put their name down.

Spreadsheet on the housing discord suggest the average time to win will come out to a little over 11,000 days to win a small based on the 9 day window and 2 houses appearing each 9 days.

Your chances of getting a plote through demolition are far, far slimmer than they are for getting one from Empyreum.

If you're looking for a plot in a housing district other than Empyreum, you'll get your chance in the second lottery period. Any plots vacated by those who managed to relocate to Empyreum in the first lottery will be part of the second.

SE favouring people that for what ever reason can't play the game than those that can play the game is ridiculous. There is a genuine housing crisis in a game that SE won't solve, and one of the few safeguards to ensure that there is actually a turnover of properties has been suspended multiple times. This is an MMO, life moves on, why do SE cater to those that aren't playing.

All it is doing is hurting those that play the game, especially the newer players that have to pay lots of money for house and FC house only materials.

Whilst they're at it, they should demo houses from accounts who own multiple properties. That's another ridiculous legacy system that hurts the game.
