No, it wasn't. An ATB battle would imply taking an action when the bar fills up....there was no bar filling up. The timer had nothing to do with anything other than to keep you focused on doing abilities before it ran out lol. I like not having it, easier to chat and browse the interwebs/watch TV (lol).Quote:
