What are you trying to say about Unicorns?!

I am going to remain optimistically pessimistic.
As long as the UI is up to scratch and the latency/server issues are gone I will be pretty much happy.
Anyone expecting 2.0 to be a completely difference game with loads of content is fooling themselves of course, I don't expect many of talked about additions to come until post 2.0
Yes, absolutely. God damn it I hate those NPC talks in Skyrim. Sure the first time it's interesting to hear family quarrels, but to have that same quarrels happen every time I walk in I decided to put a knife in the dad and a decapitation to the son. Just to be sure, I installed the resurrection spell mod and gave them hell again and again, so they can stop their petty quarrel again.
They did so many things wrong in 14, and continue to do so. Why would you expect some miraculous turnaround in 2.0? I'm not expecting much at all, truly very sad.
Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering.
Like most players, I have many fears regarding 2.0 but there is only one of those fears that I am unable to shake. I'm afraid that Final Fantasy XIV 2.0 won't have that "final fantasy magic" that Final Fantasy XI had.
Before everyone tells me to take off my nostalgia goggles or get back to reality, let me state that I don't expect FFXIV 2.0 to be a FFXI clone. Final Fantasy XI had this "magic" feeling that immersed and sucked you into thegameworld; playing FFXI felt like you were on an adventure and not like you were playing a game. Those of you who played FFXI for a long period of time will understand what I mean.
PS: Yes, yes, I do stay in touch with reality but it's nice to lose yourself in another world every now and then. For some people it's books, others it's movies, for me it was FFXI and hopefully FFXIV 2.0.
An intuitive, responsive, and flexible UI is my biggest concern/fear.
