I do the main story roulette at work - because it doesn't require constant attention and performance so it works perfectly for me. Even if you don't have the lazy job I do, you can watch TV or read books or do your own thing during it. We get this easy content thanks to the cutscenes. If we add in the skip button, the reward gets removed and the content becomes useless trash that nobody except new players would do.

Hey not a bad idea. I have an FC member obsessed with squats, so I could compete!

I figure best solution is to just find stuff to do during cutscenes, goofing off is one of those things I do. Sometimes I pick up a conversation with people, like we used to do in older MMO's.

But I also used to drunk heal in this game, so my suggestion was semi serious, alcohol can make the time go by and create much silliness.

I use the time to do some Memrise. But the last time I was in Prae someone started doing quizzes during the cutscenes and that was really fun. I wish people would talk more in parties, it certainly wouldn't kill them.

Good idea, but i feel like if people saw a new player they'd just drop instead of helping in that case.

Honestly i think they should just rework the entire dungeons if they wanted to improve them, not only are the cs's long and uninteresting, but they're not very fun or well designed either. Even as a first timer i HATED them to death :/

My solution is not run it period.

I do it for the tombstone, the poetics, and tombstone of poetics.

The other alternative is ARF till I bARF, average run of 15 minutes x 3 (total of 450 tombstone, still less 50) is 45 minutes, around the time of prae, or near double of castrum whitebietchslapdum.

Valid point but still I don't see why anyone would drop get a 30 min penalty and just end up having to wait almost as long to reque as they would sticking with the run to begin with. It makes no sense and is foolish on its face. Besides there are always people willing to stay and always others to step in if someone leaves. Besides even if one or two leave its still easily doable with the damage being done at this level until someone fills in the empty slots its not like its gonna stop the run. each fight takes less than a minute to fight in a full group lol on average.

There should be a check to see if players are new or not. Those that have cleared should be allowed to skip cs but the boss should be locked until everyone is done with cs or are ready.
I stopped MSQ Roulette all together because simply could not take it anymore. It gives me anxiety with the amount of cutscenes and the waiting and not able to click on anything.

I'd like a clarification from those asking for a skip option :

- Are you asking for the choice at the beginning (form may vary) of doing 40 min for 20 mill or 20 min for 10 mill.

- Or are you asking to keep the juicy 20 mill for 20 min ?

Cause the latter is a big no. The rewards are there BECAUSE of the 40 minutes. Don't want to spend the 40 ? Ok but don't get the extra reward. It is THAT simple.
The second option is just wanting a cake and eating it, stop whining for that option.
