one question I find my self ask is how stupid does ascian think the people of first are. they aren't very fond of warriors of lights does he think run around act like warrior of light won't go unotice does he think he won't be chase out by the people. yes they have hope again no thank to they kind he must really think he sneak in claim to be something he clean isn't. the issue I think he doesn't realize they maybe people who know who they were still living on first who made be even more worried to see him run around like that.

also I said this one I say this again Hydaelyn isn't a threat to erozath is Zodiark. destroy Hydaelyn they goes all of Erozath while your at it we be dead thank you very much

I usually say FFXIV's story is phenomenal, but Zenos has consistently been awful and the fact that they gave him his body back and now he suddenly has super Ascian darkness powers doesn't make me optimistic.

this is first time SE have had god like being in positive light hydaelyn hopeful they keep her that way. many past ff game have away made god like being evil it good direction for SE to tried make Hydaelyn a good deity

I mean, I only ever watched cutscenes and not the game itself, but I think Altana from FFXI is also an example of a god-like being portrayed in a positive light.

I didn't know I just think when they doing story with god like be place in good light that break with usually cycle of they story telling it. to be a good story telling you must be will to take a story down paths that your not usually done before.

how I want hydaelyn chapter to end is she win against Zodark and she doesn't feel we need be contest communication with her. we worried other area of Erozath to explore and deal with Garelen. we got whole other lands mass to to explore and see what out there.

I also would like to see Ryne be brought to Erozath. I hate leave her behind plus I kind feel she belong there.

I theorized the Hydailyn exsist I important for Erozath to contuie she is in center of a sea of aether. she be the opsist of Zodark which need aether she could enable the process of life.

At the end of Academia it was pretty clear, some of the creations got out of it. I'm pretty sure this will be our trial Questline in Shadowbringers.

That's setting up for the Archaeotania FATE though. I don't remember there being any mention of more than one beast escaping.

This three sided war has just had another group enter the fray. I can see this mysterious fourth group taking advantage of Zenos and his bloodlust by offering him as a potential host for Zodiark. Much as how Minfilia and now Ryne could be a potential host for Hydaelyn.

Changing the future is not something that can be done without consequence. Motives could change and the reason to change the past would be lost even if you succeed. So, if we in fact prevented Black Rose from being used and stopped the flood, how is it that the Exarch is still around? Unless the future he comes from is cut loose from the timeline and not wholly destroyed. Could these new individuals come from that reality?

The Chrono Trigger/Cross series (a series might I add dealt with a protagonist who dies in one timeline and lives in another) answers some of these theories. With the fiery meteors we see when in Amourot (and even in 1.0 when we begin to use the echo for the first time) perhaps being a call to back to Lavos (the final boss of the original game) and a machine literally called The Wings of Time (Epoch), it is my belief that these individuals come from a place outside of time working in effort to correct timelines that have been cut loose by our actions. What better way to unify time when you have a way to rejoin all shards (Zodiark) and a way to split them (Hydaelyn) to reset everything back to what it "should" be?


Something bothers me about the original timeline where the WoL dies. If Zenos was already going to Garlemald to slay the Emperor and stop Blackrose from being used. How did it manage to be spread at all? And while I am on the subject of paradoxes, who is the "We" that needed to pass if the Exarch was only trying to summon us to the First? Was it a message from further in the future (closer to the end of 5.52) that we got out of order?

I'm sorry if its hard to follow my thoughts. I am just trying to put into words what has been bouncing around in my head for awhile.

I fear that they might go down that road...but I really would have a hard time believing that he can control Zodiark. (But I also have a hard time believing that he suddenly got even stronger when he got his body back since he did not get any more soul infusions in him) I mean this is a being which the Ancient ones needed countless amount of sacrifice to create. This is not Shinryue who was created by the aether of normal mortals. Him being able to control Zodiark means that he somehow managed to grow stronger than a huge group of Ancient ones together.

I am also not a fan of the idea that we somehow eat Hydealyn..not only would that make our character even less human than they already are in terms of power but it would kinda make it feel lame for me.

We dont know exactly what happens at the bad timeline but imo its quite sure that we and the other scions never got called thus we were probably at the battle field. This gave Zenos probably no reason to even leave towards Garlemald thus he never stopped Black rose. We have to remember that unlike now where its only a stalemate, Eorzea began to win the battles and drive Garlemald back. Which is why they used the weapon. There is a high chance that most of the scions and even the WoL died when it was used since if we were not called we probably would have stayed at the battle and helped. (Which is why they won more and more imo)
