You didn't even know that a lvl 1 character can operate a workshop until now. You don't know much.
Oh, personal houses get a free pass? Talk about double standards...

You sure took the time to look up those players classes though. It would have been wiser to inform yourself before coming up with a presumption. Why do personals get a free pass? Personal houses are one of the two reasons as to why there's a shortage of houses on certain servers.
I was gonna let it pass, but you are poorly informed if you think FC houses have to deal with any sort of restrictions when it comes to ownership. Do your research.
What are you even talking about anymore. You're so off subject you're confusing yourself. You're spending so much effort of trying to E-bully you're slipping into circular logic. Are you ok?
We're talking about abuse of FC houses here, not personal ones. If you want to make a forum about personal houses, go do that. Oh wait...
I'm fine, you on the other hand...
You are so convinced that whoever owns this house is doing something wrong that you didn't bother looking at the requirements to use a workshop.
There hasn't been any actual restrictions regarding FC house ownership in more than 18 months.
Why would personal houses get any special treatment when they are, by design, preventing more players to have access to housing than your average free company house?
Let those numbers sink in:
NA Datacenter
FCs with houses: 28,201
Personal houses: 75,479
All those quotes and you missed the one where I honestly asked. But again, don't care about the workshop really. It's all about inactivity of an FC owned medium, when there are actual groups of people trying for even a small for genuine group activity like an FC is meant for.
But sure, focus on that one thing.
Workshop....
Workshop, workshop, workshop.
Workshop.
Also, FC are meant to be the home of many, so of course there's less need for them. All the more reason why a house that could easily hold dozens being owned by just four unused characters is all the more unpleasant.
SE needs to redefine FC standards, though I'm sure you don't agree...
Buh. I just want to hug Drkdays. Tried to start a conversation about the creation of dummy FCs using level-nothing alts to lock down finite housing plots. Received a bunch of hostile replies. I think you had a perfectly valid concern and did really well at keeping your composure despite being attacked by multiple people. The housing system and rules are not perfect and it should be open for civilised discussion. /comfort
I didn't miss your question, I'm merely pointing out that you knew about those players classes before you even asked your question. That speaks for itself; you made no effort to potentially shoot yourself in the foot considering your position on the "problem" you are bringing up.
What else is there to focus on but the workshop. If there wasn't one then sure, you'd have a point, but that's not the case. You are doing a terrible job at making your claim valid when you don't even complain about personal housing despite being a much larger problem than anything related to FC housing.
If you think FCs need any changes regarding housing, then personal house owners should be forced to have 4 tenants at all time or else the house gets destroyed within x amount of days. Oh and obviously, those tenants must enter the house periodically and be lvl 50 ;)
Btw, nice dodge on your flawed perception of what FC restrictions are.
The houses that can be considered as grandfathered since 4.2, minus the first two weeks, are personal houses. As of today, the only thing that restricts the amount of FC houses a player can purchase is the amount of characters on a single service account (despite what the housing guide tells you).
These houses bring in well over 200m per week with very minimal effort. Mostly through workshops yes, but they also allow us to farm a ridiculous amount of shards through gardening and being able to prime over 50 tier 3 FC buffs per week, which is also a major benefit when 99% of the FCs out there can only get 2-3 per week at most.
