story predictions for shadowbringers

I'll break this up into few parts;

Titania - summoned by pixies/nu mou in defense to the flood, pixies/nu mou feeling threatened by tempered pixies/nu mou request aid as we arrive, we kick butt but has a negative effect creating more sin eaters.

Innocence - Sin eater in charge of killing Minfilia and continuing the flood of light, also has generals tasked with Fulmore corruption, after beating we turn the tide at last creating the 1st glimpse of the night.

Solus - Going to be working with the sin eaters leaders in secret while plotting to betray them, he may tell us Innocence's weakness

Fulmore - The people are just cattle ready to be put to paster without knowing it, high society vs low society again, we'll help low society people till a raid on the city proper allows us to see the truth

Ronkan - 1st version of Allagens probably safe to assume every shard has a version of them

Final fight - I'm thinking Penance from ffx due to naming theme of high sin eaters(so far since we know 1 and the Twintania(ff5 version) in benchmark may not be called Twintania) and it is a recognizable boss from a previous game which only HW has deviated from with Knights of the round summon reference.

I don't know if any of this was mentioned but these are my thoughts.

Innocence isnt a sin eater like the others. I feel that they, since we don't know if they are male or female, are "human" in some form. I have two thoughts on that. Either they are someone who will become Innocence, someone new or old. Or I feel that they are a part of Minfilia. There has to be a reason why she's regressed to a child. Maybe it's because her Innocence was ripped from her.

The other thing is about the level 80 job quests. Basically, the normal flow of the game has you wanting/needing to do the final job quest before headed into the final dungeon or trial. Well while we dont know how our adventures on the 1st, speculation would have us think we'd be staying there until things are resolved. If that's the case, we'd be headed back to the source to do our job quest and other sourcey things. The fact that the sixth zone hasn't been revealed yet hints at this as well.

Innocence is a sin eater and they seem to follow the same laws as voidsent so its possible Innocence used to be a humanoid but not anymore just like Diabolos used to,

Except the flood predates Minfilia changing into a younger person and thus sin eaters as well, it is possible Innocence used to be humanoid but i find it far less likely Innocence has a direct connection to Minfilia's being outside wanting her dead.

I can sorta see that. But there is the possibility of time flowing a bit differently on the 1st, like the whole Alex thing though I doubt they'd repeat that. But we do know one thing, there will be a connection to Minfilia in some way because of who she represents.

Do we know when Sin Eaters first appeared? The Flood of Light seems to have literally been just that, I don't see much need for Sin Eaters to exist when a blinding Light is engulfing the land in a Flood... Minfilia stopped that flood though, and I imagine the crystal tidal wave we can see in not-Thanalan is the result of that.

I'd imagine Sin Eaters came about after the Flood was halted, in an attempt to get it going again. I don't believe the Firsts Warriors mentioned anything about Sin Eaters when we encountered them, they simply mentioned the Flood leaving nothing in its path. It sounded like there was nothing they could fight against with it, and Sin Eaters are very much something you can fight against.

Eh? Who said Hydaelyn had anything to do with the Sin Eaters?

One thing people seem to presume about Her is that Hydaelyn is omnipotent, in general or within Her own element of Light. She isn't, or She would have answered the prayers of the Warriors of Darkness before they went into cahoots with the Ascians (Minfilia, as "the Word of the Mother," says as much when confronted by them) and it takes a great deal of Her energy to intervene on the material plane (shielding the Warrior(s) of Light from Ultima at the climax of A Realm Reborn sapped most of Her remaining strength). She has also grown weaker over the ages due to the Calamities occurring as a result of Ascian machination, as evidenced by Matoya's Crystal Eye (an ancient Crystal of Light; cf. the six we hold).

Ultimately we know very little about the Sin Eaters, other than the facts they come from the Flood of Light and follow some sort of hierarchy (at the top of which sits Innocence). The Sin Eaters are probably one of the most interesting things to me, because as I recall it was stated that "Lightborn Voidsent" can't exist due to the way the Flood of Light works as opposed to a Flood of Darkness. Overall the whole thing has me biting at the nails, because other than Solus probably messing with us in Norvrandt and Vairs probably playing around with Black Rose, I have no idea where things are going.

Currently no we have no information when the sin eaters started to appear but we do have information that Fulmore has been fighting the flood for awhile, how long none can say atm but how do you fight literal light, if not for the creatures born from it i would have no real idea.

I think from a lore perspective i am way more hyped for ShB than i was for SB, Solus will probably be an entertaining villain (i love all the glorious ham and cheese we have been given already) but i doubt he will have much depth like most ascians, however the sin eaters have me way more intrigued with their very existence and their end goal like do they even know what would happen if they were to finish the flood (We know due to information outside the game but no character seems to truly know except crystal hand dude and even he is vague).

Well we are going to save a piece of Hydaelyn. And at the moment Minfilia is a piece of Hydaelyn. It's not that she is an element of light or anything like that. It's just she is literally the world we are saving.

The thing is, the frame of reference we have for a lot of the info we've been given, don't match up, the thr whole voidsent and sin eater thing. We have to try and think a bit more abstract.
