Seems really bizzare...
SE:
Lets give Samurai a wierd 500 potency combo off a niche skill that can only be used once per minute and only during downtime in boss fights.
Also SE:
Lets give Samurai a 1200 potency Midare (After a 1200 potency Midare)/1250 potency oGCD
Like... ShB is taking SAM from having 1 awkward and oddly designed skill (Seigan) to having 3 awkard and oddly designed skills (Seigan, Shoha and Kaeshi: Hinganbana)
I don't understand...
Personally, I back the idea of having Seigan removed from Open Eyes (Also at the same time, just have Open Eyes activate Merciful Eyes when proc'd without needing to press another button) and providing the stacks for Shoha. Just to give Seigan some semblence of purpose given how very minor of a damage per Kenki gain it is over Shinten as well as making Shoha not stupid af in design...
Something like Seigan simply having a CD (Like 12 or 15?) and being an alternate spender for Kenki that's slightly more efficient then Shinten but then gives Shoha stacks. Also, Shoha should be buffed to AT LEAST 1000 potency given that it seems to be a standard for SAM's big infrequent skills (Like Senei, Midare Setsugekka and Tsubame-gaeshi)
Which would then just leave Kaeshi: Hinganbana the last remaining "WTF?" skill... But I haven't a clue on how to fix that one without simply letting both DoTs stack (Which would mean it would simply supercede Kaeshi: Setsugekka outside low health targets that wouldn't live its full duration)
