The only change, at-all, that should come from equipping or not-equipping the job-stone is equipment. Most gear other than the relic gear allows it to be equipped by both the class and job that it belongs to. If SE really wanted us to not be able to play classes at level 50/60/70, then they would remove the classes from all gear after 50/60/70. If one wanted an actual challenge, they could even try playing the level 70 content without the job stone, I don't imagine it would be fun for tanks and healers though, as having all 10 role skills doesn't replace any of the level 50+ job skills. -
