I've been through that nightmare already......
I've had my card accept one payment in the mog station, and then block the second one. Fortunately it blocked it at the authorization stage, so I got a rejected message instead of a chargeback. Was still a PITA because the sub is on the same card and suddenly I don't know if it's going to work or not until the next billing cycle.
Oh yeah. I had automatic subscription payments going and then my bank for some reason charged back on one of them. Thankfully SE worked with me to correct it. I've been paying with crysta ever since.
People on here complain about how bad SE's customer service but honestly I don't see it. They've been pretty good every time I've had to contact them.
Sometimes I wonder what is happening to SE.
Sure they can get graphics right.
But a shopping site?
A decent launcher?
Bulk item usage in-game?
Not having a million menus for things?
I've seen better UX from indie F2P games.
Sometimes it's like they go out of their way to inconvenience people.
I thought YoshiP mentioned somewhere that most of Asian gaming companies technology is not as advanced as Western Studios?
Especially most of Asian gaming companies focus on character development, the story development, and the gameplay instead of graphic.
