If people are as desprate for a house like i think they are they'd leave their FC, make a LS for the social aspects and make a 4 man FC to get a house they be single man FC.

There is plenty "loopholes" and people will use them to any cost

Are the new wards going live as maintenance ends on the 6th. I heard comments about an hour later but don't know if that's true?

I can't find it in any official translation however, nor is it documented on the guide they posted.
