But the vast majority of the pulls still are double pulls. Sirensong Sea has only double or single pulls (7 pulls total if I recall correctly), most of the pulls in Violet tides are double or single pulls (first, second and everything past the princess - maybe even the two after the first boss, unsure), the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and sevenths part of Bardams are double or single pulls, the first pull of Doma is a double pull and honestly, I already named twice as many 2 group pulls as you named 3 group pulls and don't really feel like further arguing the semantics of the word "rare" because that's entirely beside the point.

What I do give you is that 3 group pulls are more common in level capped dungeons. But even there, they aren't the majority.

These are the worse ideas Ive ever heard some people just need to learn how to aoe and read tool tips and use all their skills. I can take a wipe when people are tryin but if nobody is even tryin to get better its alot worse. Nobody wants to spend 30 to 40 mins in a dungeon its a waste of time.

Holy kupo, you people are acting like a 30-40 minute dungeon is some sort of cardinal sin. If it was an issue of the tank being level 70 in shire gear, or the healer just spamming their damaging abilities and not healing, etc., then I can see where you might be coming from, but it's a dungeon roulette that might take 10-15 minutes longer than your usual runs.

Kugane, Temple, and Ala Mhigo all have dungeons where you can pull more than 2 or you can do a half pull. In fact there's spots where most of these dungeons can do a super pull, but and it's even better when the melee leave the LB to ranged for those trash pulls.

Hmm who do u guys even run with cause I do large pulls but I could see ddeath happening pretty swiftly on some of them , People can barely handle the to courel and other six adds in temple of fist. Or Ive seen healers not be able to handle to two apes in the last msq I want to try the full pull but feel as tho it would end in failure. I have done the pull in kugune pull everything to last boss but those adds dont hit that hard

Oh for sure I only push it when I know the healer, raid healer or otherwise. For anything DF I tend to stick to double pulls unless I see the party is capable of handling more. A couple nights ago I had a DF party with 2 awesome summoners and a whm spamming holy, so I made some adjustments because the mobs were just melting lol. It got close to being a wipe a few times but we all made it through and had lots of fun. Cleaned house with those comms ;)

Hell yeah, 40 minutes are reserved for 24 man raids or the likes, if I think you're gonna make our run take 40 minutes I'd boot your ass in a heartbeat unless you were a fresh spankin new healer or tank

Something I dont understand, is when I get groups with PLD tanks, WHM or AST healers, and usually 2 melee, and its something like sastasha, and the ppl are begging for larger pulls.
I just dont get it, you're only slowing the run down.
You need to do AoE dmg, for it to speed the run up. Otherwise the healer isnt going to be adding DPS if the tank needs to be spam healed, or babied more than normal pulls...

Otherwise I say its up to the group comp/gear/dungeon, and even then i get examples like the above, where ppl wont stop complaining about needing larger pulls.

For the 3 "big pulls" in the EX Roul dungeons, I find them to go in the following order of difficulty (easiest to hardest).

1) Kugane: Nothing really special with this pull, just try to hit all 3 of the first group with an agro ability so the healer or a dps can tag them with a DoT so you get a good amount of ticks since the pull is a good distance. Make sure to position yourself in a good spot to grab the 3rd mob spawn in the last group when you end the pull.

2) Temple: This one can be a bit tough because the enemies hit decently hard and there are a lot of AoE's to dodge. Best way I have found to make this easier is to grab the last group from range and to tank the group partially up the stairs, with the tank farther down the stairs, the mobs up from them and then the rest of the party farther up past the mobs. This helps avoid some of the AoE's from the wandering fireballs or at least has them always be triggered in a consistent place by the tank who can move out and then back, keeping the rest of the party from having to avoid them. At worst you may have to keep gradually shifting backwards up the stairs to avoid combos of the couerl and fireball aoe's but I still find that better than the running around chaotically like when you tank them down in the last room.

3) Ala Mhigo: This is, from my experience, the hardest of the three because of ilvl sync, a ton of mobs and a few that can hit pretty darn hard plus a smattering of AoEs. Also the pull is really long and the first group of the dogs can be a bit tough to tag all of them when on the run, especially if you want to position yourself to easily grab the second pack of dogs that is even bigger. The hardest part of this pull is the sheer amount of damage coming your way at the end of the pull. Really all you can do is to pop your ultimate def cd when you end the pull and all the mobs piled on you and rotate your def CD's down from there like normal while AoEing like a madman and keeping your fingers crossed that the healer and dps are up to snuff. A WHM that knows how to heal while getting in that Holy spam makes this pull sooooo much easier. Once the dogs go down, the rest of the pack is pretty manageable.

Anyways, that is my experience with those pulls and I tend to do the Kugane and Temple pulls most of the time and the Ala Mhigo pull only some of the time, usually breaking it up into two pulls split at the stairs before the dog packs.

The reasonable arguement of whining about the meta? Which is already happening in 2 seperate threads?
