O4S Solo Heal

Man watching awesome healers like this makes me want to jump into 4. I've beat 3 on my SCH but have not attempted 4, but with motivation that there's someone who can solo heal it means that if I put effort in, I might be able to too.

Tbh I think it's a good idea even in a non-solo heal scenario. It takes a little bit of time for Earth Shakers to go off after Almagest, so it shouldn't be tough to determine which healer is gonna be enmity target #1 or 2 for Covering. Pretty efficient all in all and allows for a more liberal use of Lucid Dreaming for actual MP regen too, which can be a real pain for AST and SCH.
