You can always craft your own arrows if you can, same goes for crafting/spiritbinding your gear. The total time investment most;y relies on luck (for proper materia/meld or weapon drop)

I loled, but I wouldn't be surprised if they had dumb stats tho.

Good news! I let the dev. team know your concerns about the DoM Primal weapons added effect only activating when you melee. They let me know they are looking into having the added effect activate when using physical AND magical attacks.

Will this apply to the Ifrit weapons too?
