You also want one over where the chimerical creations of the Allagan are too, as well as the base where the Garleans are situated in Azys Lla? And also the Sylphlands and Kobold mines?

There's a point where perceived quality or life, or convenience changes end up taking away from the game, not give to it. Why have big open world zones if you never actually need to travel. I thought the point of far off places was, you know, that they're far off and as such you need to put in some travel time to get there.
What you're describing is a community/overcrowding issue, which sucks, but the fix isn't to make travel meaningless, and large zones feel small.
No, we have enough to move around, your problem is your server so more aetherytes won't fix it, if anything you should ask for some summoneable marks that require the party to do/bring something special first, like a fisher catching a sea monster.
I would actually welcome some difficulty navigating like adding flying, swimming, paroling mobs that aggro can apply heavy and are actually dangerous. Ya know, that difficulty stuff.
In the last maps, both of the quest hubs have chocobo routes. If you don't want to autorun on your own chocobo, just take taxi and go pick a drink or pat your cat in the minute it takes to arrive. The "I want everything right on this instant" ... sheesh. I'd understand it if it was long run but it's not.
