lol. You can just limit this thing by hammerbanning some 100-200 users.

How is it wrong when they have spent their own time to earn the money to purchase something they want?
People do this in real life, buy up market properties and lease them out to people for profits. The property prices are expected to raise and then they re-sell their properties.
There is nothing illegal about this in real life and it is certainly not a 'mafia act'.
If anything is wrong, it's SE's unclear statement of their wishes for the game as all customers have to obey their product rules regardless (hard to follow without distinction) and their design for the housing system being as it is.
It's easier to explain something difficult to a smart person than explaining something easy to someone who doesn't want to understand I guess.
Duh well Yes in real it happens all the time, but in real there is not a problem of houses. There are enough houses for everyone in real life. People were waiting since more than one year, do you understand this yes? lol Guys I don't understand if you're trolling or you really believe this is right.
Also Yes, SE was wrong. They dealt with this patch in the most frivolous way.
Like I said even if it wasn't against the User Agreement, it doesn't make it right.
Flaming someone doesn't show any intellectual activity and it certainly seems ridiculous you think housing is finite in real life. The reason inflation occurs and prices of real estate goes up is because housing is not definite and there is not enough houses in an area. Of course there are various other factors like transport, location and schooling but if the population spikes in an area, prices also go up due to the limitation of properties.
Some people have to wait easily more than 5 years to find a property they are satisfied with which goes the same here. The option of FC rooms are available but people prefer to personally own something rather than join the 500+ FCs that exist on each server.
Which in itself is a statement.
Right now they seem content to turn a blind-eye to sales where it's not someone trying to resell for a profit and no one reported the sale. But if they make an official statement about it they've they'll have to define an absolute rule. It will literally be it is or isn't allowed, there won't be any middle ground.
So right now if it's a quiet sale to someone and you didn't really make any profit on it, they'll probably ignore it. But if you're obviously trying to use housing as a way to make money and/or someone reports you, then they will step in and do something.
But I'm not affiliated with SE and that's a personal opinion so if you try and sell and get banned, don't blame me!
House flippers aren't specifically targeting you, buying that plot to keep you out of it. They're buying it so that someone that pays an amount that they like can have it.
What about intentionally selling MB items below someone else's listed rate, to prevent them from selling their items, is that a disruption of someone else's gameplay?
Or "early pulling" a hunt while someone is still on their way, isn't that also a disruption of someone else's gameplay?
A few contradicting GM responses in game without full context doesn't prove either side, especially when there's been a thousand threads on the official forum and zero SE responses to any of them.
