Yeah I had a Cogeco account with no issues at all.
I had a Bell account with every issue in the world.
I wish I could say the same about Cogeco.

Also those pings may look ok, but my Ping Flux is ridiculous. In 2.0 a 3 step Mudra took almost 5 seconds.

lossing 25% packets on ping .. average 73-78ms with pings .. so whats my monthly fee paying for if level3 doesnt like me?? Started having issues as of this past week of lag and thus far every trace comes back 200+ on SE level3
