Honestly, I like this idea. I don't see why this couldn't be a thing. Yeah, I guess it could be discouraging for some if they bring up their DPS and someone says they are like 2 or 3 times as much and they just don't know how to fix it but I don't know... I feel since this game has so many DPS checks, it'd be nice for everyone to know how they're doing so they can know if they should improve a rotation, or study the job more. There are some people who don't read forums, some people who don't fully understand the jobs. If someone could actively see their numbers instead of someone just saying they sucked, I think it'd be a different experience as a whole.

My dps suck, and I don't care. Want to know why I don't care? Because far too many people parsed me at different numbers even if I'm fighting the same enemy and using my same moves. On Faust, one group clocked me doing 1100. Another group clocked me at 800. Another group had me at 900. I'm an iLv202 NIN. I was parsed at having as high as 1400 on Faust.

NIN is my main, and WILL be my main.
