Probably more this than anything else. Why put in the time to farm ilvl 190 gear when one can farm ilvl 210 gear?

Alexander normal has pretty much died, Much like what happend to CT towers in time people will not bother other then brand new players trying to jump start Ilvls, Most competent players have moved on to diadem when they realized it's better then most gear out atm, so you'll more then likely run into some terrible runs more then usual.

In other words, It's not worth it anymore, Unless you're gearing retainers or something.

Not to forget the fact your in a type of bee hive and where theres honey, there's a bee. That wall will spawn a bee in each of the two sets of adds that appear when its hp reached that trigger point. Final Sting hurts no matter what hp is left on it. Maybe its the i196 average. I'm noticing a lot of black mages just spamming aoe and almost always on the off target that they end up pulling away.

I stopped doing Alex Normal when the meta changed to no one get in the Gobwalker in A2... WTF seriously. Why would people think they DON'T get in a gobwalker? And then the people that think a gobwalker is only for bombs, apparently a gobwalker can't apply debuffs on enemies...

Requiring four of shafts/springs is the worst design part about Alexander.

This 100%. There is basically no reason to do alex normal unless you just hit 60 with an off-job. Its so easy to get 200+ gear now in other content.

I have had nothing but good experiences in Alex normal so far.

I waited this long on purpose so I wouldn't have to deal with the initial wave of..let's say..not so patient players and for the one item per week per floor cap to be removed.

Going great, relatively few wipes, lots of drops and most importantly, no rude impatient players. Item level went up by 11 in two days.

I like it.
