Winning an item via GREED shouldn't lock you out of rolling NEED

I rolled need on "accident"
I also said that when i ninja'd my static tank's tanking coat.

Works every time, am i right?

For the record, every time you click on the loot list (which you have access to even if you are locked, which your good self have also proven it), there is a text that says something along the line of:

"You can only obtain one piece of gear or gear enhancing material per week (Earth Hours)."

SE made that every effort to warn every one.
