Certainly hitting that as the 1st thing to do when 2.5 is released.

I really want to see the conclusion to the CT storyline and how it will tie together Cid and Nero into 3.0 storyline

That's only to be expected - FFXI's expansions all featured 'new' OSTs. But then I guess this also means no returning 1.0 tracks for Heavensward areas (so I guess, no Holy Consult for Ishgard's theme, and no return of the old Coerthas track Unspoken either.).

Doesn't mean they won't fit those songs in there SOMEWHERE. They did recycle a lot of the old music into 2.0 eventually. Some of 'em ended up in cutscenes, some in dungeons, etc. I like the old tunes. Hopefully they put them back in at some point.
