I don't know if this would work for you or not. But if you open your skills list, and goto the main commands or something like that, there's a housing button. Clicking it should bring up a window where you can access settings to your personal room, and one should be to teleport to your rooms door or something like that. From there you can probably demolish your room too.

I don't think you're getting what people are telling you to do. No matter what restrictions there are, as long as you are standing on the plot (not inside the house, just on the lawn) you can then access from the housing menu and demolish your room...

Selling characters is against the TOS, SE, Suspend the players account and enact an 'investigation' that lasts until the FC's leadership is passed to the next most active/highest ranked player.

no you can't.

All furnishings must be removed from the room before you can utilise the vacate chambers options, just like you can't demolish the house itself while things are still inside.

Sounds to me like you just need to be standing on the plot itself so you never have to enter the house.

Pretty damn disgusting if you ask me. SE should consider adding a housing service entrance to the front of the building that fast tracks to private rooms. to prevent this sort of abuse.

Chances are they just never considered this as a possible outcome, i mean, who would be enough of an asshole to lock out their whole FC from their private rooms, right?

Hope support does something for you OP, this has to count as harrassment and destructive behaviour ruining your own game experience.
