not allowed to leave FC

I cannot leave the FC I am in on sargatanas, as the FC leader took away all rights from all members, including the ability to access the house and their own private rooms. I have a private room, which has furnishings, and cannot access it, which means I cannot demolish the room and cannot leave the FC. I tried to get GM support in game, because all the simple fix solutions I suggested were refused, like remove me from the free company, demolish my room, place me in the room to get my furnishings since it is my room I bought, remove my furnishings, etc. they told me report this as a bug. but anyway, this means that, due to a development oversight, I am being forced, against my will, to stay in a free company I do not want to be apart of. in the real world, being held against your will is known as kidnapping, and seemingly here, due to the lack of support, seems legal and an acceptable practice at square enix.

...I don't think there's even an option to restrict members from leaving free companies. At least that's what I think when I last editted our FC's settings.
You sure you went to the Info tab, and hit "Leave Free Comapany"?

I'm pretty sure if you just leave, you have the option to reclaim all of your personal room belongings.

Players must be on free company property in order to vacate their private chambers. Moreover, private chambers must be vacated in order to leave a free company.

Sounds to me like you just need to be standing on the plot itself so you never have to enter the house.

If not then support is the only way im afraid.

If it were me I'd report it as in game harassment.

I definitely would report this as in-game harassment especially if you've already asked the leader of the FC to unlock the house so that you can access your private room. Once that didn't go over so well, place a GM call saying that that is what happened and the GM can review the case and possibly jail him before insisting that he open the house again so that people can leave with their things.

Just checked ingame and you can indeed vacate your room by standing on the plot.

From menu, Housing -> Estate Settings -> Private Chambers -> Vacate Chambers.
