Honestly, that sounds great, but it's a lot of detail to ask for. Even the friend access would be fine. I'd probably clean up my Friendlist a little. But with that access, I doubt that they'll allow others to plant/harvest or move furniture if it's a general "access" thing. I obviously only want one other person to have access to plant/harvest and arrange furnishings. So this does concern me. I'd like an EB option of everything and a friend option is also fine (access Bell, NPC's etc.)

I did however find out that one of the community reps from the Japanese forums said the team were considering adding access to your friends list but a more definite answer would be nice.

I hate to play devil's advocate here and this an honest question now, but if players could access all the luxury benefits from a personal house then what would be the benefit for FCs that currently own a house? While I don't disagree fully in allow people from friend list to have access to certain things inside the house like clickable items, I just feel like it would cheapen FC housing if this happened. Really would like to find a happy medium here.

Also I would agree full access to EBond players and their partner.

Why do FC houses have to be special? A personal house is the same exact thing, the FC house just gets the benefit of having people pool funds so that the cost burden isn't entirely on the shoulders of one person. When a personal house is the same exact houses and the same exact cost, I see no reason why they shouldn't have equal benefits.

Don't you think it's just more options? One doesn't replace the other.

Another thing I thought of regarding the person who said a JP thread mentioned possible friend list access, if we were able to use the new friend sorting system to set permissions, that in itself would be absolute perfection. I just hope the list of available permissions includes harvesting/planting and furniture placement, and not just bell, npc's, etc.

House sharing should have been implemented when Eternal Bonding was released. It should have been either:

• released together
• nothing released until both were finished

This was a botched idea and release. Plain and simple.

So now one of us has a house that the other can do nothing with.

So tell me again what was the point of bonding and spending all that gil on a house was for? Nothing I can see at this point.

A Personal house costs about as much as a Free Company House. 1.7 million, 13 million, and 35 million, these are example prices virtually identical to Free companies.

Permissions for access need to be fixed.

FIRST: The Bonding Ceremony of Marriage should most definitely grant use of all housing permissions with regard to things like Summoning Bells, Stations, House Foods, etc.
SECOND: An option that treats your Friends list the same way FC members are treated may also be a functional way of allowing a small group of people to make use of these multi million gil sinks.

Optionally: Giving Access to a particular Link Shell might also be a neat option, but I don't see that happening.

We're still waiting for some kind of response about housing permissions. I know that several people asked about this in thread for questions for the producer, everytime this thread has come up actually. Still no response at all.

It would be great to have my friends and my hubby be able to port to the house rather than go through several ports to get there. I have an aetheryte sitting in my yard for just me I would like to be able to share it with others like the FC houses.

Also I want to be able to give my hubby (RL and Eternal Bonding) and anyone else that I choose permissions for my house and garden.

Still can't understand why this issue has been ignored since housing came out and so many people are asking about it.
