Nobody is saying that this issue should be addressed first. Sure the game's systems is more important and nobody is expecting content anytime soon, at least not until that is fixed.

But when you think about it.... It is understandable to have broken/bad systems... they were experimenting new stuff and tried to be original. It just didn't turn out too good but we understand.... What i can't understand is their excuse for a world that is lacking so much after 5 years of development....

EDIT: and i'm tired of pple always posting "the systems/foundations need fixing first!" argument on every thread. The broken and poorly balanced systems of this game have been discussed billion of times and Yoshi-P has discussed them in every letter/interviews .... We are aware of these issues and their importance and SE too is well aware of them and guess what? They are currently working on them!

That doesn't mean we cannot discuss other aspects of the game until these get fixed.... the copy/pasted maps... additional content... any suggestion that can make the world better is welcome as this kind of stuff will take a long time to develop. you may not like my idea but other pple suggested cool things too.

No. That is not what you said, what you said was that the lore was there in the NPC's and manual, and that we had to go out there and find it. If you're chosen to abandon this point, we are no longer in disagreement. I never claimed that there aren't other areas that need attention... there most definitely are, this game's in a bad state. The game systems are flat-out bad.

But content is one of the more popular requests in the player polls too, so don't underestimate the power of a good story to retain players despite a game's technical shortcomings. Not everyone is a R46 looking for NM's, but everyone is exposed to the game's story, and a good story captures players.

If you're going to say "SE, fix everything!" That isn't an answer to their problems, it is just as constructive as saying nothing is wrong. I also wanted more content, but I'm also aware that the only reason XI had seemingly lots of contect was due to it already being out in japan for two years. This just released, the fact they are changing it suggests they want it to last. I expect they will release more content/lore, as all MMOs do, but not before the system is fixed, and a little before asking for money to fund their game.

A Chocobo forest area would be good but eorzea need time to grow and it has a more serious and old feel to it than other final fantasy games , i just wonder if when Ishgard opens up in the future if it will be really high tech or it will be more like jeuno in ff11, it be cool if it had a super tech feel to it and the empire was really powerful fearful force as far as the story goes but guess we just have to wait a while to find that out, we still far to eairly in game time line at this point.

Narshe (FFVI) would be a nice spot for miners and the Miners' Guild.

Figaro (FFVI)

Zanarkand (FFX) Not as futuristic as in FFX, more tailored to the game's themes. Would make a nice End game city

Alexandria (FFIX) Would be a nice black mage/Summoners spot.

First..

Moogles! yes yes i know this game has Moogles but not nearly enough. I believe Moogles and Chocobos are FF trademark... We need as much as we can have!

Viera, Nu Mou and Bangaa. They could even become playable races later on.

Al Bhed. They could be part of a new crafting class in the game. Engineering or Machina Crafting! :)

Judges from the Ivalice world (FF tactics and FF XII) now that would be a really cool addition to the game. They could give them a really good spot in the world story or even have them play a role in some new aspect of the game.

Where's Cid? Biggs and Wedge?

Armors and Weapons from previous FF games.

Gunblade anyone? Now i can't decide what to do with this.... Would enable tanks to have a ranged attack and pull from afar and then use the blade in close combat. Would require some changes to game mechanics but could be added in future expansions.

The armor Judegs are wearing. Wouldn't that make a great armor for Paladins?

Cloud's sword....

There is no end to the wonderful content available from the past FF games in the series. In future expansions or patches they could make a combination of these and new stuff to enhance the world and bring a more FF touch to it.

Anyone else feels the way i do? Oh and before i forget we need Bahamut!... like having him play a major part in the game.

This sounds like you're just really looking for an MMO version of those games. I am totally not in for mushing together 13 titles into one. Forget that!

I just read the 1st post. I like the ideas, but instead of using the names of past FF games I think it would be better to give them new names.
