Weapon - 1 unidentified tomestone + 1300 soldiery or 3 weeks
Upgrade -
7 sands of time (3 mark logs each) = 21 mark log = 5250 allied seals
5 oil of time (2 mark logs each) = 10 mark logs = 2500 allied seals

Now we have 32 seals from daily quest - 10+10+3*4 or 224+50=274 seals/week from bills
I90 complect costs 2*40+4*30+5*20=300 seals - a little more than 1 week in job quest gear
