Exactly as Epistane say, yesterday the average time in queue was 5-10 minutes.
One friend healer who has rank 5 join me and the queue was instant, but he had to go :(

So I don't know how even 'low rank' your healer needs to be as I'm pretty sure I'm behind the leveling curve. So you might even be okay with rank 20-25ish heals.Quote:
