Hello all you FFXIVers, Yoshi-P here to tell you that A Realm Reborn is officially ceasing subscription and the servers will go down on July 12th, 2014. However, fear not for sometime in 2015 you'll be able to play Final Fantasy XIV: Rebirth !

Yoshi P here again, I forgot to also mention, new PvP elite servers for the hardcore-est of the hardcores elite core where you can actually plug your brain into the system and NEVER log out ever again physically and mentally. This will be where our open world PvP is! NEW TECH in the house! We charge a extra monthly 100 dollar special supplemental IV and catheter fee for those who want to play months at a time straight!

For all the other servers where casuals think they are hardcore and hardcore think they are casual or... well it doesn't matter because we've added 3 centuries worth of content! Your descendants will have PLENTY to play in fact, we're introducing the next line of evolution! Those who need accomplishments online, well we have a grand deal for you, NOW for the first time ever, meet a mate of any kind, and reproduce in the virtual world. Player-couple spawns will have better AI than chocobo and egis! Live the life of accomplishment you've always been looking for online!

Hello all you FFXIV-ers out there. It brings me great pleasure to announce that after much hard work, we are pleased to announce that Final Fantasy XIV will be coming to Microsoft's XBOX One console. We want to bring Final Fantasy to as many players out there as possible and while we were planning on holding off until E3 this year, I just couldn't contain my excitement.

I do not have a release date yet to confirm, but know that it will happen this year when the temperature is hot, hot, hot.

Exclusive mini-Live Letter here from Producer Yoshi-P.

We have just confirmed a complete overhaul of the job Summoner and Scholar to include separate job stats between each job, so you will no longer have to choose how to use your stats. We will also be doing a complete re-design of the Egi system and allowing Summoners to fully controlling their Egi summons and calling forth miniature sized primals. The development team is well on their way with this exclusive and special update just for Summoners and Scholars.
