Wanting an opinion about how to proceed and or handle this.

Oh I have. I'm active everyday and do help the new recruits. I myself have brought in about 1/3 of the members there. While i'm not end game yet, i'm close and I do and usually help out with dungeons runs whenever possible. Not to mention I'm one of the active MB members and have brought in and contributed a large sum of gil. I have suggested some things to improve the company, but allot have been ignored. So yes I can answer yes to questions 1,2,4,and 5

And thanks to everyone who has given helpful advise. It has helped my decision process immensely. :)

Thanks I might. I'm still in the process of finding and choosing a good FC that I might fit into.

BTW is there anyone recruiting that wants an active member, I would really appreciate anyone that could give me more info about there Company :)

well said statement. if a rank matters that much, i suggest you create your own fc, because your never going to be happy. if you're not happy, you should quit gaming in general, at least online
