Them japanese, making crazy mind reading robots. Im sure this mind reading robot is readying everyone's luck and soon will make everyone's drops nigh existant, and everyone will be blaming the faulty RNG.

Do Extreme Primals, no tomes, no stupid 20 step long process, just 3 fights, once a week until u have what you need. Easy enough to pug once you learn the fights.
