Huh... so does the FC leader purchase the land and house or can anyone in the FC grab a plot of land? Also, who's responsible for the layout? I can see the roof of the company HQ changing every time I visit as some kind weird prank.:rolleyes:
At release only the FC Leader can purchase the land and house but the FC Leader can make permissions to other ranks that they also can do that. Also he can give permission to ranks to move furnishings and other things at housing.
If you dont trust your mates dont give them rights to do anything.
To allow officer rank to buy land or a house isnt a good idea if you dont want to have a house at a wrong city. I made a special rank for that called "Groundskeeper" with 1 or 2 persons how are allowed to do what they want at the house. (They do a lot for that like crafting, spending gil so they have earned the right)
"Too many cooks spoil the broth". ;)
The guild houses will be very pretty and interesting to see :D It seems like housing will start off as Vanity and work it's way into a really useful utility items for people to work towards. I for one am excited to have a reason to level all the disciple of the hands xD
I'm curious as to whether they'll open other city states as the game ages for housing. I always wanted to settle in the Coerthas Highlands. >.>;

Because no one ever expects the Span-Ishgard Inquisition?
Yes? No? Okay, I’ll be over here in my corner …
The easiest way around this would be to not make a Gil price in the first place.
Let the guilds buy their housings with Company Credits (You know, the coins with a star on them that guilds use to buy 24h XP Buffs and the like).
Guilds need to do their thing to earn them and it is impossible to sell them as an RMT.
