I am just joking of course, and I agree with you. I honestly feel that consumable ammo in this game is a terrible idea; the food, the stat increase items, materia, and setting cross class skills is enough.

the second optional ammo is added, is the second it's no longer optional. money sinking a class to function is a horrid design. please god no.

I like this idea !!! Nothing feels like beating some job with a nerf bat and then steal its wallet while it's down :)

Not to every attack, or it would be overpowered if each attack skill get a sleep effect.

But maybe an extra skill, which attack with the arrow you have equipped? Low base damage, 2 minute CD, only good for the special effect from the equipped arrow.

NO, NO, and NO. On the expendable ammo... Don't need it, don't want it, and won't play it.

This is probably the best response to the request to add ammo.

Maybe we should make every white mage heal use up a consumable reagent as well =p (or blm nuke). I'm sure we can come up with a ridiculous money sink for melee jobs as well. (This is sarcasm for those who have trouble telling things like that. Consumable arrows is a dumb idea.)

It's only dumb because people are getting arrows for free now ;). When something is free, they never wanna let it go.... ever!

No. It's dumb because it's unfair that certain classes would need to pay gil to function, and others wouldn't.

Unless you want to add this to every class (which is just as bad) it shouldn't be added to BRD.

How about having to buy whetstones to sharpen your weapon after every x hits? Dumb?
