TItan HM is such a stupid fight for tanks ...

Tank guide:
1) get threat
2) stand there
3) watch dps and heals get blown up cause they suck at moving
4) if you have full DL go AFK after heart phase ....who cares about MB, it dont hit for crap.



serious: just pop a CD 5 seconds after landslide. all u need to know as a tank.

3 days straight . 12+ hrs a day . Total n00bs poorly geared, healers with under 3k health . People dying to mechanics because they did FATES for 50 levels and don't actually know what moving is .

I notice most DPS that fail are casters , probably because melee and archers cant dps while moving .

Oh well one day I might get kill .

Some interesting tips tho for P5 which it is rare to actually get to using DF groups .

I found out your problem, sir.. DF groups.

You cannot blame people who fate to 50, for being unable to dodge. Just the fact they made it to titan, shows they did the story; therefore it just means they are bad.
Fates cannot be blamed for someone inability to dodge, that is something stories teach you. They apparently did not read the brochure.

DF groups ? Hell I levelled up doing DF groups , There is no reason why a DF group cant beat titan , The problem is most of the players are poorly geared and dumb thinking they can beat titan in it.

Therefore they must be retarded , and retards aren't very good at dodging.

Thus, Df groups. lmao. DF groups are bad, they really are. the chances of you getting paired with geared people who are knowledgeable about all rotations, is extremely slim; i think you have a better chance of going out donny darko style than beating titan with a DF group.

I'll admit. I chuckled.

Well 2 things:
- a lot of people in DF come undergeared, maybe just hoping to get some experience with the fight (or get carried by others). I mean, when DPS come with barely any DL, still in GC weapon, I can't see them taking this fight seriously. Or it's just they don't know how much of a gear/DPS check, it is.
- as a DPS/Caster, I'm not sure the main story line really prepares you for such awareness of the fight. Us tanks are used to look out for shit and avoid things (plus, we can take the hit easily).

PS: the Tanking rotation for Titan is awesome, and really illustrates very well the issue raised in this thread :-D

Not sure if this was covered over the last page as I saw it mentioned earlier in the thread and there was some confusion. You can not "Silence" titan's stomps. You can, however, ShieldBash/Stun him after the 3rd stomp I believe it is, in p5, and it does cause a glitch, where he will stop using his stomps until plumes.
