BRD LB Change plz

Since SE wanted to be so black and white about roles, I never understood for a minute why bards have a healing LB when they are technically dps.

stupid. if bard has a dps LB, they might as well just remove all the other dps classes from the game. I would change to bard even if I hate that boring brain dead class.

I don't understand how this many people would not see the benefit of a DPS being able to cast a mass rez/heal LB when there are situations where healers could be unable or unfavorable to cast it themselves.

To be honest, I find the fact that we Bards having a Healing LB to be a bit silly. Yes this can help in a fight when you need to revive party members, but remember, that's limited to 8 player parties, when you usually have more than 1 healer who could pull it off. If we had more than the DPS/healer/tank trinity going here, I'd suggest it being made into a support LB that uses a song to buff the party in some way. But since we don't, I really don't know how the LB could really be changed. As of right now, with the party-shared Limit Break meter, I don't see a reason why a Bard should ever use their limit break.

Oh I can see it in theory. How often have you ever seen it used in practice? Give your answer in percentage used per fights played. For me the answer is = to date 0%.

I've seen it quite a bit. I can't give you a percent, but it's led to some boss kills (like chimera when I was on my BLM and quite a few primal fights in duty finder). It also happened with my first Titan kill.

Maybe I'm just unlucky with pugs, it helps I always play with a bard. I will say this though, the healing LB1 and LB2 are pretty useless. I think it should be a large hot rather than a direct heal, cause then it may have more usefulness.

Support class gets Support LB, live with it.

You wanted to DPS? Should have gone a DPS class.

There's no such thing as a support class in this game. Didn't you notice the DF? There are only Tanks, Healers, and DPS.

Last i checked having a dps class with a healing limit break is a "one of a kind" in this game. Unique, no?
