Server Transfer 'No characters Found'

I'm doing this from 1 hour ago and there's no result.

How did you get it to list your characters? My issue is it is telling me no characters available.

transfer literally took seconds... already logged in now!

This simply sucks

I am getting this error as well. I thought it was because I have 2 unused service accounts from code issues and beta 3 and all 3 characters are on "service account 3". Good to know it isn't just me. XD

Update. Now the problem goes worse; I can only go to Belias now.

I guess it's time to get serious; let's farm refresh!

No it isn't that the issue is on portion that says Characters people are getting connection error which in turn won't list characters you can refresh it to have them show up but once you go into server transfer portion you get same connection error. Thus due to error the service thinks that you don't have any characters.
