Server Transfer 'No characters Found'

I understand the server transfer service is probably getting slammed right now, and thats why many of the errors are occuring. However, I am getting an error once I actually am able to get to the point of choosing a world.. It says "i have no characters available for transfer."

I am a 1.0 player, followed all the pre-transfer measures... Is this a bug as well due to the service being slammed? Or am I doing something wrong here? (or missed information?)

Same problem, and the list of world open for transfer is not updated.

I want to transfer to Tonberry.

I was wondering, so what if they give free World Transfer?
Other world still not able to accept more character, which is the exact same reason why they are giving free world transfer.

SE not solving the problem, just trying to make it look better.

Same error... you'd figure after launch fiasco they would understand how to manage servers and services a bit better... this is pretty sad... Oh well i'm going for a run hopefully by time i'm back this mess will be sorted out.

The Mog station is now showing that I have ZERO characters on my account. Yea its slammed.

i have characters showing, but the minute i try and transfer i get a message saying none are capable for transfer

Mine actually says my character in the mog station. (if you read the conditions before clicking accept, it actually says you cant transfer if your character doesnt show up in the mog station)

It is now showing my characters on my account. The problem is that when I go to the world transfer service it says I have no available characters.
