Monks very weak. Need rebalance

I'm pretty sure this was a troll thread gone very poorly.

MNK dps is amazing at the moment you unlock GL3 at lvl 40. I have never been outparsed by any other class on my MNK. They are top dps #1, it just needs a skilled player.

BRD, full DL with AF ring and ifrit bow which att is way higher than GC weapon have crit 280-295.
MNK with some DL and GC weapon crit 260-280

Cause sprint totally doesn't exist... Gotcha.

The other day on my lvl 41 mnk I did 102 dps on the chimera boss in the lvl 38 dungeon and that was without the limit break because the tank burned it for no reason... I'd say that's pretty solid dps
and I can't wait to see what happens when I get lvl50 with max gear.

We don't need a buff, even a buff to the Greased Lightning timer isn't needed.
Some people just need to stop being bad and learn to play their class...
If anything I feel like we're too strong.

I feel the same way. In pvp, with people moving ALL the time (lol at keeping up GL), without reliable CC's/gap closers, with all that positional attacks to do decent dmg... uf. And mades of paper. Yes, I know the set skills for pvp will be different, but not the class mechanic i think.

Edit: BTW, i'm fine at pve atm. Maybe GL drop only x1 stack after each 12 secs

That only means you are not bad player with decent PC and Internet connection. I heard the similar words from dragoon/Blm/smn too. They claim their DPS on the top too. By a large sample test, MNK DPS just ok. You are not 20% or 30% higher than others.
